Answers to common questions about our Summer STEM Camp
What are the camp hours?
Our Summer STEM Camp runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For added convenience, drop-off is available between 7:45 AM and 9:00 AM, while pick-up runs from 3:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
Is lunch provided for the campers?
Yes! All campers receive a nutritious lunch along with a morning and afternoon snack to keep them energized throughout the day.
Are scholarships or financial aid available?
We offer scholarships for families through several options based on your need.Â

What is the staff-to-student ratio?
We maintain a low staff-to-student ratio to ensure personalized attention and a safe, engaging learning environment. The standard ratio is 10:1, allowing for interactive and well-supported activities. For students with special needs, we offer a more tailored approach with a 2:1 or 1:1 ratio, depending on individual requirements, to provide the best possible support.
Do you provide transportation to and from the camp?
We do not provide transportation to and from the camp. However, we understand that each family's situation is unique, and we’re happy to discuss possible solutions to help make attendance easier.

Are there age restrictions for enrollment?
Our Summer STEM Camp is designed for children between the ages of 5 and 12. We tailor our activities to be engaging, educational, and age-appropriate for all campers within this range.
